There are many things you can do to help yourself feel more love. At any given time, when you feel sad, angry, worried, irritated, anxious or stressed, you can rely on these tools. They are amongst my favourite practices and I use them all the time to reconnect to myself, my sense of trust and love.
- Choose: how do you want to feel?
Once you realize that you are feeling bad, you have a golden opportunity in your hands. You can make a change. Your energy goes where your attention flows, so you can focus on something more positive. It can be a memory, which works beautifully for me. I choose to think about someone I love very much, and I choose to remember a funny moment or an amazing smile. It makes me smile, too. My mood will change, because my perspective changes.
- Loving with a perfect love
My second favourite thing: daydreaming. Daydream your most beloved person in your most desired scenario – and really dive in deep. Really feel, sense and see the whole experience before you, and then step into it. He or she will be there with you energetically, as soon as you take a moment to close your eyes and willingly connect to the dream.

- Clearing by the waterfall
Connecting to people or situations or places causes us to exchange energy with them. This energy will remain in our system until we cleanse it. Often times when I am not feeling happy, I realize it is because I am not in my own energy: I have other people’s energies in my field. You can simply clean yourself by visualizing yourself standing under a beautiful silver waterfall. Allow the waterfall to cleanse your body and energetic field thoroughly. You only need about one minute for this clearing to feel its effects already. Make it your most gorgeous spot, anywhere in this world or beyond, to rest, retreat and reconnect to your own energy!
